Dr. Corey Narson practiced chiropractic & sports chiropractic for over 25 years when she retired from active practice in 2017. Over the past few years Dr. Narson began studying yoga. In 2019 she became a certified yoga instructor through the Marianne Wells School of Yoga in Costa Rica. Combining her knowledge of health, wellness and spinal alignment from her career as a chiropractic physician with her knowledge and passion for yoga, Dr. Corey Narson now teaches group classes, private yoga sessions, corporate yoga-wellness programs and does yoga therapy.

Dr. Corey Narson is a 1990 graduate of Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia just outside of Atlanta. She has lived in South Florida for 20 years and is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association & The Dade County Chiropractic Society. In the year 2000, Dr. Narson was honored and privileged to be appointed as a State Board Examiner for the Florida Department of Health, Board of Chiropractic Medicine’s State Licensing Examination. She would administer the licensing exam for potential new doctors wishing to practice in Florida. Less than 1% of the chiropractor physicians in Florida are even considered for such a position.

Having chiropractors associated with hospitals was unheard of until 1994 when a small group of chiropractors were credentialed here in South Florida. As some of the first chiropractors in the country to have such privileges, Dr. Corey Narson was part of the original group accepted into the Chiropractic Division at Golden Glades Regional Medical Center.

She has completed post-graduate level certification coursework in chiropractic sports injuries and is 1 of only 3% of chiropractors around the country holding certification as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP).

Dr. Narson has had the privilege of being invited to treat the cast and crews of the Broadway Shows: Les Miserables, The Rockettes, & Damn Yankees. She currently serves on the Pillar Trustee Board for Sports medicine is on the cutting edge of healthcare, Dr. Narson uses her vast experience and education with athletes and sports injuries to treat all patients, not just athletes. Dr. Narson feels everyone deserves the knowledge of a sports medicine physician, because everyone, in their own way is an athlete at some level.

Dr. Narson practiced in Miami Beach with her partner and husband, Dr. Todd Narson. Drs. Narson have lived in Miami Beach since 1993 where they raised their 2 children.

Currently Dr. Corey Narson has retired her Florida Chiropractic License to pursue her yoga teaching full time.
